At the end of 2023, we wrapped up the AMLAMO project in collaboration with Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Last week, Dr. Ing. Frédéric Lapierre showcased our breakthrough at 8th BioProScale Symposium 2024 in Berlin.
🔬Our research introduces a game-changing, fully automated microbioreactor system that significantly cuts down manual labour by autonomously mixing and testing growth media. This system leverages Machine Learning (ML) to outperform traditional Design of Experiments (DoE) methods, enabling faster and more efficient media optimization.
📊 With real-time monitoring and iterative ML suggestions, our system has already demonstrated a significant increase in growth medium efficiency. We are excited about testing it further across more strains!
